These terms apply to the Opti5 option chain software tool ("the service"), this website and all Opti5 plans, provided by ("we", "us"). By using the service, signing up for launch updates or buying a plan, you agree to them.
1. The service
Opti5 is a software tool that you install on your PC and use in your web browser. It connects to your own broker account through the broker's API and shows option-chain data and analytics from the market data your broker provides. You are responsible for your broker account and its API access. It is for information and education only and is not investment advice (see the Disclaimer). It does not place orders.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your email address and your Opti5 password (when you create your account, we confirm your email with a one-time code). You must give correct details and keep your password and account to yourself. We will never ask you for your password, or for your broker login, PIN, OTP or API secret.
- A plan gives you personal, non-transferable access to the service for the period paid for. You may not resell or share your access, copy or redistribute the data or content of the service, or try to get around its access controls.
- We may suspend accounts that are misused, shared or used in breach of these terms, or where a payment is reversed.
3. Plans and payments
- Plans, prices and any free trial will be shown on this website before you buy. Prices are in Indian rupees, including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or bank login details.
- When a plan ends, access to the service stops until you buy or renew a plan. Renewing early adds the new days on top of your current plan. Plans do not renew automatically.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund & cancellation policy.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions and their results.
- You must follow applicable exchange and SEBI rules, and use the market data shown only for your own personal use.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Market data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and features may be interrupted if your broker's API or the exchanges change or stop their services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, including trading losses, lost profits or data loss, arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and the service. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered address have exclusive jurisdiction.
